Selkirk Pharma is pleased to announce the hiring of Lonnie Barish as Vice President, Business Development and Marketing. Lonnie brings over 27 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, CROs and CDMOs spanning large & small molecule R&D through commercialization. He has worked in Toxicology, Phase I-IV Clinical Trials, Drug Product, Drug Substance, and Sterile Fill/Finish. Lonnie started his career at SmithKline Beecham in the Sales and Marketing arenas, then worked at Collagen Corp, Northview Pacific Labs, ICON, AAIPharma, WellSpring Pharma, Bora Pharma, and Abzena. Lonnie has his Bachelor of Science in Biologic Science with a focus in Toxicology and a Master’s in Science and Engineering Management (MBA) both from the University of California ,Davis. He has also taught Sales and Marketing classes to undergraduate and graduate students at California State University, East Bay.
